Parking
There is no parking at the event location, so please do not come to the castle by car. Ample parking is available in both small and large lots in and around the city center (some marked by waypoints in the event listing). Everyone should be able to park their geo-vehicle within a 15-minute walk of the event (unless delayed while searching for caches). Parking in Kamnik is free on Saturdays and Sundays.
Registration and order collection
Collect your event badge (for free admission to the museum), raffle stamp card, and a small surprise gift at the Slovenian Geocaching Club stall. This is also where you can pick up your preordered Kamnik 2025 items and other geo-merchandise. Please have your order number ready to help us find your package.
Event merchandise
Kamnik 2025 geo-souvenirs are still available for purchase at the Slovenian Geocaching Club stall. The satin gold Limited Edition geocoin is almost sold out, but a few pieces should still be available if you come early. The stock of the black nickel Regular Edition geocoin and the Kamnik 2025 trackable tag is larger. A limited selection of trackable and non-trackable T-shirts, as well as a lovely retro enamel mug, are also available. We accept all forms of payment that can be processed through the POS terminal, as well as cash.
Raffle for great Geocaching prizes
Exploring the old town of Kamnik could win you some fantastic geocaching prizes, such as a 1-year Geocaching Premium membership. All you need to do is collect four stamps on the raffle stamp card (available for free at the Slovenian Geocaching Club stall) and return to the Block Party location for the final drawing at 15:30.

Stamp 1: Museum shop at Zaprice Castle (Block Party location)
Stamp 2: Kamnik Tourist Information Center at the main square
Stamp 3: Rudolf Maister Birth House Museum at the end of Šutna Street (letterbox location)
Stamp 4: Mali Grad (Small Castle) near the Veronika virtual cache location
The coordinates of the stamp locations are printed on the stamp card and marked as waypoints in the Block Party listing.
Once you have collected all four stamps, write your geocaching nickname on both parts of the stamp card, tear off the coupon, and drop it at the collection point by 15:30. Keep the stamped part and wait for the kiss of luck! If luck doesn’t strike at the Block Party, consolation prizes will be drawn at the evening Kamnik 2025 Septemberfest Afterparty event.
Biergarten
We have partnered with Kamnik’s local craft brewer, Maister Brewery. They will be serving their excellent brews (and soft drinks), along with the mouth-watering Kamnik kajžerca sausage, both at the Block Party and the evening Kamnik 2025 Septemberfest Afterparty event. Their location on the event grounds will be hard to miss, and seating will be available so you can toast to a successful geocaching day with your friends.
Orga-Team Trading Cards
Our hard-working Orga-Team members have created trackable trading cards that you can collect over the Block Party weekend. There are 15 cards in total to collect. The team will be generous, but supplies are limited.
Zaprice castle museum visit
Admission to the Zaprice Castle Museum is free for event attendees wearing the event badge (available at the Slovenian Geocaching Club stall). However, we invite you to take the opportunity to visit the museum with an expert guide, who will share fascinating insights about the exhibits and life in Kamnik in both ancient and more recent times. You will also complete the Adventure in the process.
Book your tickets for the guided tour in Slovenian or German online, and collect them at the Slovenian Geocaching Club stall.
Where’s 25 – Locationless cache selfie spot
If you haven’t logged this year’s locationless cache yet, we’ve set up a selfie spot for Where’s 25. It will be hard to miss—just look for the big tree in the castle yard.
Create your SWAG workshop
n this workshop, you will use your handicraft skills and create several items (not necessarily like the ones in the photo) that you can use as geocaching SWAG or at a geocaching event. Saturday, 20 September from 12.00 to 15.00. The workshop is free, everyone can take part without time limits. Come when you feel creative and stay as long (or short) as you like. The organizer provides all the materials. Bring your own handicraft skills (don’t worry, we will help if necessary). Please, register by “booking” this event online, so that we have an estimate of attendance.
Puzzle corner
Can you open the puzzle boxes, created by our friend zmicku? Your reward will be the code for the Puzzle corner Adventure.
